Daniel’s career spans corporate, non-profit, cultural, and public-sector environments, where he has guided everything from executive-level convenings and fundraising galas to multi-day, multi-city conferences attracting national audiences. Amy works behind the scenes - developing social media, creating digital and print designs, implementing stylized decor - ensuring our clients' voices are strong and clear.
With 10+ years experience in corporate administrative roles and another 20 years in performing arts, Amy understands what it takes to run a show. Be it a corporate celebration or a wedding requiring intimate elegance, she will ensure the event runs smoothly and the elements of design bend to suit the DASCH client.
Natalie Bolivar is a senior growth, partnerships, and operations leader with over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives across professional services, workforce-adjacent sectors, and community-based organizations. She brings deep expertise in event strategy, partnership development, brand visibility, and operational execution, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Natalie has led large cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partner organizations to deliver high-impact events, campaigns, and programs that strengthened community engagement, increased participation, and elevated organizational reputation at both regional and national levels. As Managing Director of a boutique marketing and growth consultancy, she scaled the firm by 150% in revenue, tripled EBITDA, and built long-term partnerships with enterprise, public sector, and non-profit stakeholders.
